Apply now and be part of an unparalleled legacy in hospitality.Job SummaryThe Personal Travel Concierge is the first point of contact with the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and introduces the unique opportunity of our yacht vacations to potential direct guests in the USA, Canada, and Latin America. In this elite-level sales role, you will manage a database of guests who have expressed interest in sailing with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. You'll build strong guest relationships, provide white-glove service, VIP access, and real-time support.Our Personal Travel Concierge is a sales position with earning potential of $80,000 - $150,000 annually (Base + Commission)In this role you will:Curate exceptional journeys by recommending yacht itineraries, onboard experiences, and shore excursions.Make 75-100 daily outbound calls following up with guests that have expressed interest on our website or have requested more information on our product (No cold calling).Handle inbound sales calls from guests and answer questions about destinations, amenities, and pricing.Maintain detailed CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on every lead.Embrace feedback, stay coachable, and pursue sales goals with determination and a proactive mindset.Live The Ritz-Carlton service values every day, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to legendary hospitalityOffer ancillary services like: Travel Protection, Air & Hotel, and ExcursionsTo be successful, you will need:5+ years' experience as a sales professional in a high-end travel or sales environmentA proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and revenue goalsExperience working in a call center environment, taking both inbound and outbound interactionsClear, persuasive communication with strong relationship-building skillsComfortable with technology, using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools like TeamsFlexible in schedule—you're available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to serve guests in various time zones.Equipped with a dedicated home office: wired high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspaceAdditional Skills:Bilingual - fluent Spanish or Portuguese is a plusMust commit to delivering a high level of customer serviceMaintain positive, pleasant behavior while engaging customers & colleaguesPossess excellent written & verbal communication skillsAbility to learn and understand policies & procedures to make reservations and assist callers with each aspect of the booking processMaintain a strong desire to learn all aspects of the product, including land, air, hotel & shore excursions to sell & service each reservation effectivelyMaximizes opportunities to increase sales revenue by offering additional amenities and ancillary productsAbility to follow our exclusive Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Sales ProcessAbility to learn and utilize the reservations systemExpected Hours of WorkFull time (40-hour work week)Hours are shift-based and may include evenings when guests are most availableFlexible to work weekends and public holidaysThe Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is an Equal opportunity, inclusive employer and will consider all applicants for employment with the Company on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
