Are you a BCBA who is tired of the "burnout" grind? If you're looking to provide high-quality ABA services without sacrificing your work-life balance, Behavioral Milestones is your next home!

We are a naturalistic, play-based agency reimagining what clinician support looks like. We don’t just talk about "culture" - we build it through low billable requirements, manageable caseloads, and a team that treats you like a human being, not a billing machine!

Why You’ll Love Leading Here

• The "Anti-Burnout" Caseload: With a low minimum weekly billable requirement of 15-18 hours , you finally have the headspace to provide the high-touch, quality care & supervision your clients deserve.
• Clinical Freedom: We value your creativity! We want you to use your clinical judgment to design programs that happen in the flow of real life either at home, at school, or in the community.
• A Support System That Works: Our in-house teams handle the heavy lifting for insurance and scheduling so you can focus entirely on clinical excellence.
• Collaborative Growth: You’ll have dedicated Professional Development days, team-wide events, and a leadership path in a rapidly growing organization.
• Comprehensive Rewards: Top-tier pay, performance bonuses, full benefits, and PTO.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mentoring the Next Generation: Providing high-quality, in-person weekly supervision to a dedicated team of therapists in home, school, and/or community settings.
• Empowering Families: Leading parent training sessions that focus on functional, meaningful success for the whole family.
• Innovating Programs: Overlapping sessions to ensure our naturalistic, play-based philosophy is being executed with heart and precision.
• Building the Future: Participating in leadership meetings where your voice directly shapes the growth and excellence of our agency.

You’re the Perfect Fit If:

• You’re a Naturalistic Pro: You’re an out-of-the-box thinker who can embed complex goals into a game of tag or a family meal.
• You’re a Supportive Leader: You value collaboration and know how to empower RBTs to do their best work.
• You’re Ready for More: You want a role with flexibility, autonomy, and a team culture that actually feels like a team.

Ready to join an ABA agency where therapy feels as engaging for the clinician as it does for the child? Apply Today and join a team that prioritizes quality, connection, and FUN !
